President / A.P.&I.A.

Anthony Arispe

Anthony Arispe began his training in General Aviation under the tutor of 4 mechanics with over 100 years of combined experience.  After receiving his A&P, he went on to continue his training under a Certified Repair Station providing avionics installation.  Because of Anthony's training & expertise, he was soon invited to join a team with the Department of Defense to maintain & service aircraft for the Army, Marines & Airforce both overseas & across the US.  After acquiring his IA, Anthony made the decision to return to the Dallas metroplex, start a family, & pursue his lifelong dream of creating a General Aviation Installation & Repair Service Center.

When he's not in the shop, Anthony spends his time at CrossFit, riding his motorcycle, or camping with his wife & 2 young daughters.

manager & marketing director

jamie arispe

Jamie Arispe began her career in aviation by supporting Anthony's decision to travel with the Department of Defense, though it wasn't long before aviation became as much a part of her life as it was Anthony's.  Jamie is a licensed pilot pursuing her instrument rating & is proud to raise her 2 beautiful daughters in an aviation environment.  With a decade's worth of experience in banking, finance & lending, she has been the key member to Airspeed & Attitude's success through marketing, management, & accounting.  Jamie has continued her training in aviation to provide clients with the knowledge and information on the latest technology for your legacy aircraft.

When she's not managing the business, Jamie enjoys Crosstig, riding her motorcycle, and escaping to the beach with her family to catch some surf.

A&P intern

Connor Griggs

Connor's interest in aviation stems all the way back to his childhood, when he found himself jumping anything & everything possible to get into the air.  After spending some time at the University of North Texas studying IT, Connor soon realized he was not made for sitting at computers all day and decided to pursue his A&P at Airspeed & Attitude.

When he's not working, Connor spends his time playing guitar & writing music for his rock band or doing anything outdoors, including camping, kayaking, hunting & road tripping.

A&P intern

Mikey Pawlik

Mikey's interest in aviation dates back to his dad taking him to the Addison field, parking near the runway and watching the planes come and go as a kid.  After graduating high school, Mikey joined Airspeed & Attitude in order to pursue his A&P and pilot's license, and later plans on moving toward an Aeronautical Engineering degree.

When he's not at the hangar, Mikey combs out a/c units for Paradigm Roofing and enjoys going to the movies and spending time with his girlfriend or kicking back with the guys.
